Step 1: Meet your designer
Begin your journey with a one-to-one consultation, either in person or via video call. This is your opportunity to share your vision - think inspiration images, ideas, and how you want your space to feel. We’ll guide you through concepts, colour palettes, and budget considerations, helping shape a clear direction for your project.
During this stage, we’ll also establish the level of support you need. Whether you’re looking for a styling service - focusing on accessories, accent pieces, and soft furnishings to elevate your space - or a full interior design service, where we curate everything from key furniture and lighting to the final finishing touches, we’ll tailor the process to suit you.
Step 2: Progress check
Once we’ve defined your vision, your designer will begin bringing it to life. We’ll stay in close contact to arrange measurements and discuss any existing pieces you’d like to incorporate into the design.
From here, we start developing your mood boards, schedule of works, and initial quotation, carefully considering every detail. We’ll also provide guidance on lead times so you have a clear understanding of the timeline for your project.
Step 3: Bespoke design presentation
With all the details gathered, your designer will create a fully tailored concept for your space. You’ll be invited to a design presentation, where we’ll walk you through your bespoke scheme.
This includes mood boards, material samples, a detailed schedule of works, and a comprehensive quotation - everything you need to visualise the final result. We’ll refine any final details and, once approved, move forward with transforming your space into something truly special.
