Delivery in reasonable time but would have liked some communication about which day to expect it.
Great service. There was a wee issue with the delivery company but the customer service was fantastic and everything was resolved really quickly. Would definitely buy from them again.

Everyone was very helpful sorting out the problems with my order. Firstly a delay as it was out of stock, then the pendant was sent with no light bulbs. Dpd decided not to deliver the second box despatched with missing bulbs. We are very happy with the Tuscano lights but the delivery was rather complicated.

Terrible service, ordered two wall lights was advised on the website they would be shipped within 3-5 business days. Weeks later and no update I emailed to be informed they would be shipped and delivered by the end of the week. They arrived dented and broken. Asked for them to be replaced and was given a date for replacement, delivery driver had no replacements but was here to collect other ones. That then led to an additional week without lights, replacements was delivered and then they returned the broken parts to us also to dispose of! Not happy and will not be ordering again

I'm very sorry to hear about the damaged lights and the delays you've experienced. This is not the service we aim to provide. For clarity your order was processed on the day you placed it (17th February), we provided your delivery address to our supplier who was shipping these to you directly and we received confirmation they had left on the 18th February (the next day).
Apologies their courier delivered these items to you and they were damaged, but please understand the damages are external factors to which we have no control over, the supplier was instructed to arrange a same day exchange so we will raise this with them as this was the service we paid for - We'll investigate what happened with the shipments further.
Sorry you feel like you can't shop with us again and we hope the above makes the situation more clear.
